    • Registration and Cancellation Policy 
    • •  Registrations may be cancelled on or before 5 business days prior to the first day of the Online Conference. Refunds will be issued for the amount paid, less a $15 non-refundable administrative fee.
      •  No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after this deadline due to the administrative and financial commitments incurred by AECT.
      •  All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted to the AECT office using the official cancellation form. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval.
      •  Registrations are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by AECT.
      •  AECT is not responsible for cancellations necessitated by emergencies, illness, or other circumstances beyond the Association’s control. In such cases, AECT reserves the right to reschedule or modify the event without liability.
