  • July 13-17, 2026: Writing Studio and Summit Convening

    The Summit was designed with a budget model that balances financial sustainability with participant access. The full cost of the five-day Summit (Sunday–Friday, six nights) is €1,485 per participant, inclusive of:

    • Hotel accommodations with breakfast 
    • Scheduled lunches and breaks (Mon-Thurs)
    • Operations and Programming
      • Meeting space, AV and Publishing Summit program
      • On-site logistics and event management
      • AECT overhead and staffing costs


    This equates to approximately $1,800 USD per participant at current exchange rates.

     

  • Registration Option (Irish Residents Only)*
  • Do you plan to extend your hotel reservation beyond the room nights included in your registration? (If yes, you will be given information to book directly with the hotel reservation team after June 15.)*
  • Hotel occupancy included in your registration is for 1 person. Do you plan to have a guest in your room? (Additional cost is approximately 15 euros payable directly to the hotel- Note this is for guests who will not be participating in the Summit).*

  • A $250 USD non-refundable deposit is due to begin your registration. You will then have the option to select to pay the remaining balance in full or with a payment plan. The payment plan will be divided into 2 equal installments with final payment due by June 15. Payment plans will not be available after June 1.

    An invoice will be sent via QuickBooks for the balance.

    The credit card processing fee has been waived for the deposit. However, if you prefer to pay via ACH, please email us at aect@aect.org.

    • When you click the "Submit" button you will be taken to the Stripe Checkout to complete your deposit payment with credit or debit card. You will not be registered until you have processed payment for the deposit. We will follow up with the invoice for the balance owed within 2 business days.
