  • Submitting Your Membership Verification

    Please submit the requested documentation to show you are eligible for the membership type you have selected.
  • Student: Submit your current unofficial copy of your transcript or other documentation showing your enrolled status in courses in active pursuit of your graduate or doctoral degree; documentation must show you are enrolled in a graduate level program for the current semester/quarter. Upon approval, select the "Students or Retired" memership category.

    Students registering for the convention must submit documentation that shows your student status for fall 2025- transcript, screenshot of your enrollment (must include your name), enrollment certificate, or email from your advisor.

    Retired: Please provide documentation of your choice that states you have retired. Upon approval, select the "Students or Retired" memership category.

    International: Please submit proof of residency. See list of acceptable documentation.
