My child and I have reviewed the Heritage Flex Academy School Student/Parent Handbook and the behavioral expectations for the 2024-2025 school year. This document can be found on the school’s website. I understand that the handbook contains information that my child and I may need during the school year and that all students will be held accountable for their behavior and will be subject to the disciplinary consequences outlined in the handbook. All students must have this signed form on file at school.
