Application: Gender Lens Investing Lead

Australians Investing In Women (AIIW) is seeking an experienced and strategic Gender Lens Investing (GLI) Lead to harness the power of capital towards our vision of a gender equal world — a safer, fairer, and more inclusive society for women and girls that results in a more prosperous future for all.

As part of AIIW’s 2026–2030 strategy, we are expanding our focus from philanthropy to also encompass broader investments — catalysing and aligning all forms of capital to advance gender equality. Working closely with the CEO and the GLI Collaborative Working Group, this pivotal role will guide strategy, coordinate programs, and lead one of AIIW’s flagship initiatives, the GLI Collaborative — a cross-sector network that brings together investors, funders, and intermediaries to accelerate the uptake of gender-lens investing in Australia.

The role blends strategy, stakeholder engagement, community building, and program delivery, and is ideal for someone who can connect big-picture systems thinking with practical implementation. You will thrive if you are collaborative, proactive, and passionate about making investing in women and girls everyone’s business.

This is a part-time role open to applicants based in Melbourne or Sydney. The contract is for one year, with the potential to extend subject to funding.
