Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on our programs.

MHS Activities kindly requests that feedback on a specific event is submitted a minimum of 24 hours following an event. Feedback received less than 24 hours from the date of the event will be responded to after 24 hours. MHS & AISD reserve the right to a minimum of 24 business hours after feedback is received in order to provide sufficient time to respond.

Please note that resolutions may not always be made public due to AISD Board Policies and FERPA laws.
