INFORMATION ABOUT BAPTISM

Please read important baptism information below:
The baptismal service is performed by immersion and according to the baptismal formula stated by Jesus as found in Matthew 28:19: "go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the father, and of the son, and of the holy ghost."

Baptism is not a method of joining Abundant Life Assembly of God. If you wish to join the church you may speak to the pastoral staff concerning membership. Baptism is intended to be your public testimony to the saving power of Jesus Christ in your life.

Baptism services are held as needed and are scheduled as listed above. Announcements will be made in the services prior to each baptism date. This form is for baptism on Sunday September 28th 2025. The usual time of the baptismal service is on Sunday at the conclusion of the morning service. A brief service will be held. You are encouraged to invite your family and friends to attend.

What to bring:

• A change of clothes to be baptized in. Please choose a dark colored T-shirt and dark colored pants.

• A towel

• A large plastic bag to take wet clothes home in.
