The Big Give!

The Big Give is an incredible one day event,
where the families from our Community will come together for a day
of community service, charitable contribution and giving back.

Do you want to make an impact through a day of hands-on service?
Are you interested in showing your kids the meaning of giving back in fun and exciting ways? Do you want to get to know your neighbors while making a positive impact on your community?

This is your opportunity!

The Big Give 2024 is an immersive day-of-service that will take place on
Sunday, June 30th from 8:30am - 2pm
with a total of 40 Willowsford families and friends.

What charities will we work with? Well, that’s a secret until you arrive that morning!
We will start and end near the Willowsford Grange village.
Think of this as a multi-step scavenger hunt that will benefit 6+ worthy charitable causes. You should expect some (kid-friendly) manual labor, a little assembly, a little shopping,
and even a random act of kindness. The event will incude both indoor and outdoor
activities and will be hosted rain or shine!

Signing up requires a firm $175 commitment per family.
A $100 deposit will be required at the time of sign up to secure your spot.
Pre-event purchase instructions will be sent closer to the event date,
which will outline how to contribute the remaining $75.
Willowsford Cares and ALOE are both 501 (c)(3) organizations, which means.
your contribution is tax deductible.

This is a family-friendly event for all ages,
however this event is limited to 40 families only.
The Big Give was held last in 2018 and all spots were claimed within a few days,
which resulted in a large waitlist.

Some of the activities our family will be participating in during The Big Give event will require manual labor.Willowsford Cares and ALOE will not assume responsibility or liability for any injuries incurred during The Big Give event.Our family will be asked to sign waivers throughout the day to confirm our voluntary participation for certain activities during The Big Give event.
DONATION COMMITTMENT
I understand, acknowledge and agree that:

Our group is responsible for a total financial contribution of $175, which will go directly towards benefiting the charitable organizations being supported by The Big Give.The total financial contribution will be contributed in various ways, including, but not limited to: cash donations, pre-purchased items, items purchased onsite during the event, gift cards, etc.Our group is responsible for submitting a non-refundable deposit of $100 upon completing this registration form.The deposit of $100 is non-refundable because Willowsford Cares & ALOE will be using this portion of our contribution to pre-purchase items that will go directly toward benefiting the charitable organizations being supported by The Big Give.
