2025 ALPFA's Rising Stars

We invite you to nominate a community member for ALPFA's Rising Stars. The Rising Stars list recognizes up to100 high-potential Latina professionals in early to mid-career stages who are demonstrating exceptional performance, leadership potential, and career growth. These honorees are emerging leaders recognized by their peers and superiors for their impact within their companies and professional networks.
UPDATE: In keeping with ALPFA’s inclusive approach, as we have always been, our programs and recognitions are open to all applicants. We encourage submissions that align with the intent and criteria of each list.
Rising Stars are early- to mid-career professionals who have demonstrated:
- Exceptional Performance & Career Acceleration: Excelling in their roles and showing clear upward mobility within their companies or careers.
- Leadership Potential: Recognized by their peers or superiors as emerging leaders within their organizations.
- Internal Business & Professional Impact: Driving success within their companies through strong contributions to teams, strategy, or innovation.
- Active participation in Professional Networks: Engaged in mentorship, leadership development, or initiatives that foster career growth within the ALPFA community or broader community.
- An Impact in Their Organizations & Industries: Contributing through leadership roles, advocacy, or business innovation.
