Safety Requirements:
Helmets: ASTM/SEI-certified horseback riding helmets are required for all riders. Loaner helmets are available.
Attire: Children must wear long pants and closed-toe shoes for their safety.
Adult/Guest Attire: All adults and guests must wear closed-toe shoes while on the premises.

Food & Snack Policy
Children should bring adequate hydration and a light snack if needed. Food or snack items that may pose a choking hazard (including gum, hard candy, or small chewy candies) are not permitted anywhere on the property or during activities. Snacks should be safe, easy to eat, and not require storage, refrigeration, or preparation.

Weather Policy:
Inclement Weather: Club activities will proceed during rain or similar conditions, but the riding portion may be postponed if the stable grounds are deemed unsafe, such as during flooding or high winds. Decisions will be made by AMP Stables & Boarding Equitation Club Program Director and Trainer.
Severe Weather: If severe weather is forecast, sessions will be canceled the morning of the event. Notifications will be sent via text, and canceled sessions will be rescheduled.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations: There are no refunds. Credits may be offered only when you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, and only if space allows. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are not eligible for credits.
Session Cancellations by AMP Stables: If AMP Stables & Boarding cancels a session, a credit toward a make-up date will be provided.
Illness: If your child is sick, please text Erica as early as possible at 847-833-5976. A credit may be offered at AMP’s discretion based on availability.
No-Shows: If your child no-shows or you fail to notify at least 24 hours in advance, no refund and no credit will be given.

Waiver and Medical Form Requirement
A completed liability waiver and Emergency Contact / Medical Information Form form are required for all participants before they may attend, ride, or take part in any AMP Stables & Boarding activities. Participation is not permitted unless both documents are submitted in full.

Late Pick-Up Fee:
A $25 late fee will be charged for any pickups after 12:40 PM. Late fee payment is required at the time of pickup in cash.
