Are you currently involved or a member of another organization?* This field is required.It is the position of this sorority that our membership solely be members of our sisterhood. Failure to disclose your current or future membership in another sorority either collegiate or non-collegiate can be grounds for removal from any positions, and or membership at the recommendation of the Executive Board and the approval of the National Board. Removal per our code of conduct can only take place at the sole discretion of our seated National President and or Grand Founder in concert. Should you be a current member of another organization at the time of intake you must disclose that on your application and in your interview. We prohibit joining another organization once you are a member of Alpha Omega Theta Sorority Inc with the exception of: The Order of the Eastern Star Honor societies (related to academia and can only be joined within a certain degree program) Military, College Band, and or Societies not considered Greek but a social club. No future or current member shall join any D9, other non-collegiate sororities. She must denounce Alpha Omega Theta Sorority Inc. Failure to disclose any affiliations both current or future is grounds for immediate action according to the standards committee.

National Dues* This field is required.Our National Dues are $650.00 per year. If you’re accepted you’re required to remit a non-refundable $250.00 administrative fee, which will cover your learning process platform, a certificate of sisterhood and membership ID card (once you've completed line), and a Soror Welcome packet which is mailed after you've successfully finished line. Once you have completed the line you will be issued an invoice for the National Dues for 2024 which is $650.00. National Dues cover your membership each year. Each chapter reserves the right to assess chapter dues not to exceed $50.00 per month. These dues are separate from your national dues and can not be combined in payments. We have 2 payment plan options: 1. AfterPay (a separate service for payments which will pay your dues upfront and you remit payment to them) we do not control the approval of AfterPay. If you are not approved for Afterpay you will be required to remit your payment via invoice for the entire amount due or you may select the auto-draft option for 3 payments. 2. Auto Draft payments. 4 payments of $162.50. You must save your card on file with our invoice payment processor square and agree to allow the card to stay on file for the remainder of payments, should your card decline or you miss a payment a fee of $35.00 will be added to your invoice for a returned payment and $25.00 late fee. An auto Draft Form must be signed to complete this process. Dues are Annual regardless of the time of acceptance. ALL payments are non-refundable, per our refund policy. Collections Policy National Dues are required from all members regardless of participation. We understand life happens however we must maintain the integrity of the organization by maintaining our obligations. National dues are required if you are a member of the organization on or before the start of the fiscal year. Should you denounce membership AFTER the start of the fiscal year you are still required to remit that year and any previous years dues. Denouncement does NOT erase the current or previous years financial obligations. Collection efforts can include continued email notifications of payments, phone calls from an agency or membership services, adding the delinquent debt to your credit report and or placing a judgment against you for non payment. By accepting membership you agree to this policy and are subject to it from the start of your membership. No other communication may be given about this matter.
