Student Experience Training Grant Application

Deadline for Submission is January 31.
We invite confirmed ProStart instructors to apply for a grant to apply for the Student Experience Training Grant. The funds from this grant should be used to visit/tour a local restaurant, hotel or culinary program to learn more about the industry and their future career options. Funding can cover transportation and related project supplies.
Instructions:
- You may apply for up to $1000 in grant money.
- Create a short narrative description of the project you intend to use the grant funds to accomplish. The narrative should include the following elements:
  - Narrative -
    
    What are your main objectives for taking part in this grant?
    
    What curriculum/learning standards will this event help you meet?
    
    How will your students benefit?
  - Budget - A budget for the project or activity. Indicate the items (i.e. meals, transportation, etc.) and the estimated dollar amounts.
- Please note that you have the option to upload documents at the end of the form. If you are uploading a document, please indicate that you will be doing that.
