Prices are in € EUR and plus 6.5% transaction costs.

Please upload two examples of your work that best shows your practice. If you represent more than two artists, please email us a selection of art you will be representing.

You must also ensure that each image is no bigger that 5MB.

If you are selected to exhibit at TIAF25 Tokyo International Art Fair the information that you include will appear in the official catalogue excluding personal details. You can change the artworks for the catalogue at a later date if you wish. The artwork in the catalogue does not have to be on show at the event. 

Whilst you maintain the property rights of your images by completing this form you allow the organisation the use of the images submitted for any marketing purposes.

Please note that there is a one-off application fee of € 150 EUR, once you get accepted € 50 EUR will be deducted from your total booking fee and € 100 EUR will be used for the registration/admin fee. In case not accepted you will receive a refund of the full € 150 EUR within 48 hours. 1 回限りの申請料は 150 ユーロですが、承認されると予約料金総額から 50 ユーロが差し引かれ、100 ユーロが登録/管理料として使用されます。受け入れられなかった場合は、48 時間以内に全額 150 ユーロが返金されます。
