    ASDA is pleased to offer several opportunities to sponsor and/or exhibit at our National Leadership Conference. Refer to the NLC 2025 Prospectus for more information. 

     

    To register your company/organization as a sponsor and/or exhibitor, complete the application below. 

    You will receive confirmation of your application via email.

    An invoice will be sent within 14 business days of receipt of application.

     

    Please note: sponsors & exhibitors may only attend the Dental Marketplace or sessions/events they have sponsored.

  • Premium Sponsorship

    The following items include a 10x20 booth at the Dental Marketplace, pre & post event email to attendees, up to six (6) additional name badges and other sponsor recognition.

  • Education Session Sponsorship

    The following items include a 10x10 booth at the Dental Marketplace, up to four (4) name bages and other sponsor recognition. Refer to the NLC Prospectus for more information. 

  • TECH EXPO Sponsorship

    The following items include a 10x20 booth at the Tech Expo, a 10x10 booth at the Dental Marketplace, up to four (4) name bages and other sponsor recognition. Refer to the NLC Prospectus for more information. 

  • Career Compass Showcase

    Includes a 6' table + two chairs in designated area near hubs & breakout rooms and two (2) name bages. Additional badges are $200 each.

    The Career Compass will be held:

    Friday, Nov 21 from 9:45am-noon; 3-4pm

    Saturday, Nov 22 from 9am-1:30pm; 2:30-3:30pm 

  • Dental Marketplace Exhibit 

    Includes a 10'x10' booth at the Dental Marketplace and two (2) name bages. Additional badges are $200 each.

    The Dental Marketplace will be held Friday, Nov 21 from 1-3pm.

    Promo Item Pickup (sponsor-provided promo item, swag bag or snack/treat distributed to attendees at conclusion of daily programming)
