HR Leaders Network Membership Program
An Initiative by ASK-HRD Malaysia
1. The HR Leaders Network Membership Program is a professional networking and leadership initiative organized and managed by ASK-HRD Malaysia.
2. Membership is open to HR professionals, business owners, corporate leaders, department heads, managers, executives, and individuals involved in people management and organizational leadership.
3.Submission of membership application does not automatically guarantee approval. ASK-HRD Malaysia reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any membership application or membership status without prior notice should any conduct be deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the values of the HR Leaders Network.
4. Membership privileges, benefits, discounts, complimentary entries, networking access, accommodation privileges, dining offers, and partnership benefits are subject to availability, participating partners, event schedules, and prevailing terms determined by ASK-HRD Malaysia and its strategic partners.
5. Complimentary seminar entries and event access provided under the membership program may be limited to selected events, categories, or seating availability and are subject to prior registration and confirmation by the organizer.
6. Hotel accommodation discounts, dining privileges, and lifestyle benefits offered through participating partners may vary according to venue, season, blackout dates, promotional periods, and partner terms and conditions.
7. Leadership Profiling Assessments, Personality Tests, and related professional development initiatives conducted under the membership program are intended for professional development and leadership awareness purposes only and shall not be interpreted as medical, psychiatric, or clinical diagnosis.
8. Members are expected to maintain professionalism, mutual respect, confidentiality, and ethical conduct during all networking sessions, meetings, online discussions, events, and activities organized under the HR Leaders Network.
9. Members shall not misuse the HR Leaders Network platform for unauthorized solicitation, misleading representation, political activities, defamatory conduct, harassment, discrimination, or any activity that may negatively affect ASK-HRD Malaysia, its members, partners, or associated organizations.
10. ASK-HRD Malaysia reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any membership benefit, initiative, activity, event structure, partnership arrangement, or program offering without prior notice whenever necessary.
11. Membership fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by ASK-HRD Malaysia under special circumstances.
12. Members agree that photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, and participation during events or networking activities may be used by ASK-HRD Malaysia for professional branding, promotional, educational, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
13. All personal information submitted under the membership registration shall be managed in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations. ASK-HRD Malaysia will take reasonable measures to protect member information and confidentiality.
14.The HR Leaders Network is intended to serve as a professional leadership and networking ecosystem. Membership does not constitute employment, business partnership, guaranteed placement, guaranteed business referrals, or guaranteed commercial opportunities.
15.ASK-HRD Malaysia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with operational, organizational, or legal requirements. Updated terms shall take effect immediately upon publication through official communication channels.
By registering and participating in the HR Leaders Network Membership Program, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the above Terms & Conditions.
