Important Notes:
- PLEASE CHECK ENTRY FEE FOR EACH SEMINAR SEPARATELY.
- HRDCorp grants will be under the SBL Khas Claimable scheme.
- Please acknowledge 30% advance grant upon claiming is submitted.
- Please allow 2-3 days for internal processing.
- HRDCorp Grant Submission will be assisted by our Admin & Finance dept.
- Please submit all relevant documents and information as required by our team members.
- Please ensure that the client will NOT have any pending dues to HRDCorp prior to applying for any training grant with HRDCorp.
- All seminar is fully managed by ASK Management Group Sdn Bhd -certified HRDCorp Training Provider.
- Only HRDCorp-approved participants will be allowed to enter the seminar room.
- The Training Provider may change the training venue - if required at any time with advance notice given to all participants.
- CANCELATION POLICIES:
- Upon registration of this form, you hereby agree with the following cancelation policies:-
- Cancellation of registration: 7 days notice.
- Any cancellation made less than 48hours before the event/seminar will be CHARGED FULL fee as per event participation terms and conditions - regardless of any whatsoever reasons given.
- The same entrance fee will be also charged UPON/ONCE the HRDCorp Grant is approved for the same event/seminar.
