What Happens Next?
- Response Time: Our conference team will respond within 5 business days.
- Invoice & Payment: You will receive an invoice for payment via EFT, e-transfer, cheque, or credit card (subject to a 2.99% processing fee).
- Booking Confirmation: After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email within a week.
Important Notes for Sponsors & Exhibitors
- Exhibitors: A conference team member will contact you to register your staff.
- Pre-Conference Check-in: A conference team member will reach out before the event to confirm exhibitor booths, collect logos, and finalize your sponsorship benefits.
- Conference Hotel: Once your sponsorship is confirmed, you’ll receive details about the conference hotel and travel arrangements. The hotel sells out fast, so be sure to book early! More venue details can be found at: www.aspect.bc.ca/conference-25.
