Information Request from the 2018 Work BC
If you led or held a leadership role in an organization's decision to bid on the 2018 WorkBC procurement call, we want to hear from you.

Please respond by the end of the day on Monday, December 8, 2025.

ASPECT has an opportunity to provide the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction with feedback on the 2018 procurement process, during which we heard from some organizations that faced barriers to participation.

We are working with ADM Karen Blackman and Scott Johnston, Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships, to help ensure that the upcoming WorkBC procurement process is fair and equitable for all employment service providers, regardless of their size or operating structure.

The purpose of this survey is to provide the Ministry with confidential, aggregate information quickly and efficiently.
