AWAG Speaker Application Form

Thank you for your interest in speaking at AWAG!

We are always looking for dynamic speakers to cover a range of topics to support all of our leaders and help them develop their skills. If you are interested in speaking at one of our seminars, please complete this form.
For the 2026-27 Board Year we are planning several 1-day Area Seminars, Virtual Seminars as well as our 4-day Annual Seminar in Garmisch.

Our audience includes military members, their spouses, civilians, contractors, volunteers and community leaders. AWAG participants respond best to engagement rather than lectures.

The currently available dates (subject to change) are:

Spangdahlem Area Seminar - 30 September 2026
Bavaria Area Seminar (Grafenwöhr / Vilseck) - Oct./Nov. 2026, various dates
Stuttgart Area Seminar - mid of October 2026
UK Area Seminar - 17 October 2026
Italy Area Seminar (Vicenza) - 23 October 2026
Wiesbaden Area Seminar - 9 November 2026
Rheinland-Pfalz Area Seminar - 10 November 2026

Virtual Seminars - multiple dates between September 2026 to February 2027

Annual Seminar in Garmisch - 25-29 April 2027

Please note that speaking at the Annual AWAG Seminar is a volunteer opportunity and does not come with any financial compensation.

Speakers at our Area, Virtual and Annual Seminars will receive access to the full seminar on their designated speaking dates. Additionally, speakers at the Annual seminar will receive room and board on their designated speaking dates, but no additional fees will be provided.
