  • Special Needs Paraprofessional  
    AZ Aspire Academy is a one-to-one and small group private day school for students with learning differences. We currently have five campuses across Arizona. We are currently looking for a certified or highly qualified Paraprofessional at all of our campuses that is driven and passionate about educating students with learning differences. 
    Job Duties Include: 
    Assisting teachers with classroom management and organization 
    Aiding teachers in providing one-to-one education and instruction to special needs students on campus 
    Providing a positive and nurturing guide for students and attends to their physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs. 
    Helping Campus Leads in taking attendance, monitoring behavior, helping students succeed academically and emotionally 
    Requirements: 
    Experience working with special needs children in an educational setting 
    Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card 
    A Paraprofessional Certificate and/ or an Associate’s degree and/ or 64 completed college credits 
    Ability to teach Math and English Language Arts at least to an 8th-grade level 
    Experience with de-escalation techniques for special needs students 
     

  • Teacher 
    AZ Aspire Academy is a one-to-one and small group private day school for students with learning differences. We currently have five campuses across Arizona. We are currently looking for a certified teacher (teaching certificate or sub certificate) at all of our campuses that is driven and passionate about educating students with learning differences. 
    Job Duties Include: 
    Providing special education students with learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth 
    Developing or modify curricula and prepare lessons and other instructional materials to comply with student ability levels 
    Serving as a positive and nurturing guide for students and attend to their physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs. 
    Requirements: 
    Experience working with special needs children in an educational setting 
    Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card 
    Teacher or Substitute Certification in Arizona 
    Bachelor's Degree 
    Ability to teach Math and English Language Arts up to a high school level 
    Experience with de-escalation techniques for special needs students 

  •  Intervention Specialist

    AZ Aspire Academy is a K-12 Private Day school for students with special needs. AZ Aspire accepts students who are district-placed, utilizing ESA funds, or privately placed. Our typical program provides 1:1 instruction for math and English as well as small group instruction for science, history, STEAM, and SLA. This program can vary depending on each individual student’s needs, schedule requirements, and funding available. AZ Aspire has 5 brick and mortar campuses across the valley as well as provides programming for students virtually and in-home.


    Job Summary

    The Campus Coordinator at AZ Aspire is a campus-level administrator position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behaviors, leadership skills, and interpersonal skills. The Campus Coordinator will ensure the overall flow and functionality of their assigned campus.


    Key Responsibilities

    First responder to behaviors on campus and classes in need of support
    Coaching and ongoing training of staff in behavior management
    Ensure safety of campus and flow of transitions
    Maintain overall appearance of campus
    Writing and oversight of Aspire Behavior Plans
    Collaboration with Academic Coordinator
    Collaboration with Leadership Team
    Involvement of enrollment process of incoming students
    Oversight of behavioral data and behavioral growth of students
    Prepare for and attend meetings with parents and districts
    Continued duties over ESY
    Maintenance of compliance records (medication, fire drills, etc)
    Other duties as assigned


    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree
    RBT Certification or ability to partake in 40-hour course
    IVP Fingerprint Clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
    Proficient in data collection
    Proficient in Technology including Google Programs (i.e. Docs, Sheets, etc)
    Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Educational Office Assistant 

    AZ Aspire Academy is a private one-to-one and small group school for students with disabilities. We have four campuses across the valley. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Educational Assistant to support our educational team in creating a positive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be adept at managing various administrative tasks while fostering a supportive atmosphere for both students and educators. This role is essential in ensuring that the educational experience is seamless and effective.

    Duties

    Maintain accurate records of student attendance.
    Perform data entry tasks to ensure all student information is up-to-date.
    Filing and organizing
    Clerical duties


    Requirements

    Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and document management.
    Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred, showcasing the ability to interact positively with students, parents, and staff.
    Familiarity with file management practices to maintain organized records.
    A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that supports all learners.
    Experience in a school environment preferred

  • Elementary Coordinator

    AZ Aspire Academy is a K-12 Private Day school for students with special needs. AZ Aspire accepts students who are district-placed, utilizing ESA funds, or privately placed. Our typical program provides 1:1 instruction for math and English as well as small group instruction for science, history, STEAM, and SLA. This program can vary depending on each individual student’s needs, schedule requirements, and funding available. AZ Aspire has 5 brick and mortar campuses across the valley as well as provides programming for students virtually and in-home.


    Job Summary

    The Elementary Coordinator at AZ Aspire is a teaching position that has admin duties surrounding the oversight of the Elementary student. This position does include an additional prep to accommodate the additional duties and potentially more depending on the size of the elementary program of the campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the area of Elementary including lesson planning, essential skills, teaching foundational skills such as phonics, utilizing manipulatives etc.. The Elementary Coordinator will ensure the overall flow and functionality of the respective campus’ elementary programs and training of staff teaching elementary students..


    Key Responsibilities

    Training and support of staff teaching elementary students
    Ensure overall flow of elementary program
    Maintain overall appearance of elementary program
    Oversight of elementary curriculums and student progress
    Collaboration with Academic Coordinator and Campus Coordinator/Bx Specialist
    Collaboration with Leadership Team
    Expert in use and implementation of manipulatives
    Continued duties over ESY
    Other duties as assigned

  • Special Education Coordinator

    Job Summary

    The Case Manager position at AZ Aspire Academy is a campus-level administrative position. The ideal candidate will have experience in the writing and implementation of IEPs. Case Managers will assist teachers in the implementation of the IEP and understanding the different pieces of the IEP that support their implementation and data tracking. The Case Manager works on campus from 7:50am - 2:30pm and then will work from home until 4:10pm.


    Key Responsibilities

    Write and oversee implementation of programming and support as outlined in the IEP
    Analyze student data and ensure teachers are tracking appropriately
    Ensuring compliance of IEPs and related processes such as QPRs and ESY data
    Attend and facilitate IEP meetings
    Collaboration with Special Education Director
    Collaboration with Academic Coordinator, Behavior Specialist, and Elementary Coordinator
    Collaboration with District Director and Asst.District Director
    Continued duties over ESY
    Other duties as assigned by Special Education Director

    Qualifications
