Join AZDAC for our Disability Day at the Capitol!

Date: Wednesday, February 18, 2026

Time: 8:15am to 2:30pm

Location: Arizona State Capitol
- Meet your legislators
- Attend committee hearings
- Observe the legislature in action
- Advocate for individuals with disabilities
Newcomers will be paired with experienced advocates for visits, breakfast and lunch will be provided, and registrants will be invited to attend an optional virtual policy advocacy training and briefing session.

Cost: Free for AZDAC Members; $12 for Non-Members

If you are not an AZDAC member and want to join as an individual, you can do so in the Payment section at the bottom of this form.

If you want to join AZDAC as an organization, go to: AZDAC Membership to submit your application and annual contribution. You may then return to this form and register multiple individuals for the Day at the Capitol under your organizational membership.
