  • Interested in becoming a content model? This appointment is for clients who are comfortable being recorded for educational and promotional content.

    As a content model, you may be selected for services such as:

    •Full Body Waxing
    •Brow Services
    •Lash Lift with or without tint 

    In exchange for allowing video during your appointment, you will receive a discounted service rate.

    Requirements:

    •Must be 18 years or older
    •Must sign a video consent form
    •Must be comfortable appearing on social media and marketing materials
    •Additional appointment time is required to allow for content creation and educational filming
    •Service availability and discounts vary based on current content needs
    •Please note: Not all applicants will be selected for every service. Model appointments are limited and subject to approval based on current content needs, scheduling availability, and the type of content being created. Submission of this form does not guarantee selection.

  • VIDEO CONSENT AGREEMENT

  • By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

    •I am 18 years of age or older.
    •I voluntarily consent to being filmed, and/or recorded during my appointment at The Bare Edit.
    •I understand thatvideos, and other media captured during my appointment may be used for educational, promotional, advertising, marketing, and social media purposes.
    •I grant The Bare Edit and its owner permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display this content without compensation or additional approval.
    •I understand that content may be shared on social media platforms and other marketing channels.
    •I acknowledge that participation as a content model is voluntary and that I may decline participation prior to the start of my appointment.
    •I release The Bare Edit and its owner from any claims related to the use of approved videos, or recordings.


    By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand this agreement, am at least 18 years of age, and voluntarily grant permission for the use of my image, likeness, voice, and recorded content as outlined above.
