What liquid funds do you have available to lend?

Please note, these are funds you do not need to live off of. A good base to know your comfort level is, "will lending this money make me lose sleep?" If yes, it is to much

Where are the funds you want to lend located? (Personal/Business Savings, Retirement Account, Whole Life Policy, etc)

What is the timeframe you are comfortable lending your funds out for? (1 month, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, etc)

What rate are you looking for when lending funds? (Number in %)

Where are you comfortable lending? Do you want to lend local? Are you comfortable lending nation wide?

Are there any states or counties you want to avoid?

As a lender, what securities do you require?

We ask our borrowers for a Deed of trust, promissory note, joint venture agreement, and personal guarantee. Each project has different requirements that may or may not be good to have for additional security measures.

Do you as a lender have anything you request from the borrower not listed in the question above?

Can you provide proof of funds?

Are you comfortable in taking on a second position note if there is enough security?

What is your experience with private money lending and or private money partnerships? How many deals have you done?

If you have completed private money deals, have they all been successful?
