SPRING BREAK PERFORMANCE TRAINING (March 9th – 11th) 4PM to 5PM
(Preview of Summer Performance Training Program)
Monday - JUMP TRAINING
This hour will be focused on proper jump training and exercises specific to increasing vertical measurements. We will also preview the VertiMax – which will be incorporated heavily in the Summer Program.
Tuesday - FOOTWORK/AGILITY
This hour will be focused on proper footwork training and athletic movements for increased agility.
Wednesday - FUNCTIONAL COURT TRAINING
This hour will be focused on overall functional court training, to ensure that athletes maintain peak physical performance in their sport.
