The Lodge
Please read the questions and select the options that best reflect our performance. Your feedback will be treated confidentially and used only to identify strengths, address concerns, plan improvements, and raise standards. You do not need to provide your name if you wish to remain anonymous. The results will be reported in summary form only to the Senior Management Team so individual responses are not identifiable. Responses are stored securely with limited access and retained only as needed for analysis. 1. Is the service safe

I understand my responsibility to protect and safeguard Service Users from bullying, harassment, abuse, discrimination, avoidable harm and neglect
Staff who administer medication are well trained and are focused on what is best for the Service User
I feel that Action For Care Limited T/A The Lodge understands the need to safeguard people, and I am confident that they would act appropriately when concerns were raised
I am assured that Action For Care Limited T/A The Lodge would fully investigate any concern raised with them and lessons would be learnt as a result
Action For Care Limited T/A The Lodge promotes the need to follow all best practice measures in relation to infection prevention and control
The environment is clean and hygienic
I am encouraged to work with other organisations, agencies and people when it is felt that this would benefit the Service User
The environment and equipment are safe and well maintained
