I understand that if I need to change any information I must do so with Ms. Adams prior to November 15th, 2026. Any changes after that may not be able to happen.

QUALITY ASSURANCE: This is required by the State of West Virginia for all livestock exhibitors. You will need to complete: IF you are a first time exhibitor, changed age divisions (age as of January 1; Juniors: 8 - 10; Intermediates: 11 - 13, and Seniors: 14+), and/or added a new species. This will be done via computer and I will be notified when the program is available. I understand that I must complete by July 15, 2027.
I have completed my 4H and/or FFA enrollment and am in good standing with my respective organization(s).
I understand a monthly email will be sent each month to the exhibitor's AND parent's guardian email along with timely and/or as needed Facebook updates on 'Wirt County Youth Livestock Association' Facebook.
I understand in order to be eligible to show and/or sell at the 2027 Wirt County Fair, I must meet ALL requirements and/or regulations set forth by my respective organization.
I, myself, and my parent(s)/guardian(s) will abide by all policies, rules, and regulations set forth by the West Virginia Department of Agriculture (WVDA), Wirt County FFA, WVU Extension, Wirt County Fair Association, and/or the Camp Barbe Association. I understand that failure to do so may result in immediate dismissal and/or no longer being able to participate in the livestock program.
