Breathwork is an evidenced based practice that supports recovery outcomes for folks with histories of psychiatric diagnosis, addiction, and trauma.

This training will teach you how to facilitate basic breathwork techniques so you feel confident and comfortable to bring breathwork into your work.

Applications must be received by March 20th. There are 15 seats available.

Things to Remember

Applications Due March 20, 2025.

This application will take at least 30 min. to complete.
Late applications will not be reviewed.
The application must be completed in its entirety.
At least one reference is required.

Between Class Assignments:

1) You will be required to practice breathing together for at minimum 30 minutes, virtually, at least 4 times between the two in person training dates.

2) You will need to bring $10 to the first day of class to purchase a copy of the book "Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art", by Nestor James, or purchase the book on your own.

Payment is due at time of acceptance, and no later than April 4th.
