Important Information:
- Submitting this form is a request only and does not guarantee your order has been accepted.
- Once I review your request, I will contact you to let you know if I am able to accept your order based on my availabilty.
- If your request is accepted, a non-refundable $25 deposit will be required to secure your spot. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
- A digital mock-up will be provided for approval before painting begins.
- Your mock-up includes 2 free revisions. Additional revisions are $5 each.
- The remaining balance is due upon acceptance of your digital mock-up.
- Porch pick up in Powhatan, VA
- Deliveiries or meet up fee depending on distance.

Due to the custom nature of hand-painted banners, all sales are final once payment has been received and the mock-up has been approved.
