Event Schedule:
0900-1000 Aircraft Arrival (no aircraft will be allowed entry outside this hour without prior approval)
1000-1300 Public Voting (no aircraft movement or spinning props)
1400 Winners Announced (PRIZES!)
1700 Approximate Departure (earlier if deemed safe by Ramp Boss)

-Thank you for your interest in participating in the Show and Shine at the Great Alaska Aviation Gathering! The purpose of this form is to register your plane and pilot, acknowledge some details of the event, and sign a release of liability waiver.

FREE shuttle bus service will be provided to all attendees between the Palmer Municipal Airport and the Alaska State Fairgrounds
Any additional display items must be approved in advance by Management and must include a plan to secure all items
