EVENT INFORMATION

Aircraft Arrival: May 2nd: 3pm
- Thank you for your interest in participating in the STOL Demo at the Great Alaska Aviation Gathering! The purpose of this form is to register your plane and pilot, acknowledge some details of the event, and sign a release of liability waiver.
- This event is 100% volunteer run, for entertainment purposes only, and considered "at your own risk".
- The Demo is scheduled to take place on a grass surface at the South end of the Palmer Airport at approximately 4:00 pm Saturday, May 2nd. If there is a weather cancellation on Saturday, a backup performance is scheduled at 12:00 pm Sunday, May 3rd.
- Heats of 4 aircraft each are planned. Aircraft will be grouped into categories of similar size and capability. Pilots of all skill levels are encouraged to participate.
PARTICIPATION IS NOT GUARANTEED
- Applicants must indicate prior STOL experience or participation.
- Upon review and validation, we will notify applicants of participation.
- Participation will be capped at 20 aircraft.*

Palmer Municipal Airport (PAAQ) 901 Airport Road, Palmer, AK 99645
- This form is for STOL DEMO AIRCRAFTS at Palmer Municipal Airport
- FREE shuttle bus service will be provided to all attendees between the Palmer Municipal Airport and the Alaska State Fairgrounds
- Any additional display items must be approved in advance by Management and must include a plan to secure all items.
