Women United presents "Grandma's Hands Chair Yoga/ Art Therapy," a unique initiative that nurtures the creative spirit of grandmothers and our senior population (ages 55+ required), often set aside in the journey of kinship caregiving or navigation the senior years. This program not only revives artistic talents but also fosters community and self-assurance through collaborative craft projects and exercise. It's a celebration of creativity and resilience, empowering seniors to weave their stories of change through shared experiences and newfound skills. Classes are held at The Angel of Hope Engagement Center, 12214 75th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98178). Every Wednesday, 11:30am - 2:30pm. We Welcome You!

However, I the undersigned, agree to hold the instructors of Women United, LLC/Grandma's Hands Art Therapy harmless for any accident that may occur while attending or in the process of attending sewing class or any sewing school activities held by the instructor(s) if Grandma's Hands Art Therapy Class.
