      College Tour Refund Policy 1. Cancellation Deadlines: Cancellations made by October 15 will receive a 50% refund (not including non-refundable deposit).  2. Refund Process: • Participants must notify us in writing only via email about their cancellation along with confirming the payee name, address (zip code), where refund is to be mailed.  • To expedite the refund process, next the participant should also confirm cancellation request with a brief text alert message to 614-999-KIDS.  • A refund check will be processed to the original form of payment within 7 business days after receipt of cancellation request. Expect bank to return funds to your account in approximately 7 - 10 business days.  • In the event 3rd party payments are submitted, the refund will go to the remitter. 3. Exceptions: • In cases of unforeseen emergencies (e.g., illness, family emergency), exceptions may be considered. Participants should provide relevant 3rd-party documentation. 4. Non Refundable Items: • Certain expenses, such as non-recoverable deposits for accommodations, transportation, and activities, are nonrefundable. 5. Right to Cancel: • Participants have the right to cancel their tour at any time. However, cancellation fees will apply.  If a participant is unable to travel,  you may be able to donate the value of your reservation to The Gaddis Foundation as we are recognized by the IRS as a charitable organization.  Payor will receive a letter of contribution that confirms that you have made a contribution to a charitable organization. This document can be used for tax purposes, depending on tax laws.
