TUITION FEE: $1,200.00

Note: The PHSI Board of Directors offer academic scholarships to assist students with tution. The adjusted cost of tution for each student depening on your age group is the following amount (if awarded scholarship):

For Students 14 - 18 Years of Age - Your Full Tuition Amount is $575.00.
For Students 19 - 99 Years of Age - Your Full Tuition Amount is $675.00.

DIPLOMA FEE: $75.00
PHSI Student Ethics Policy
By signing this enrollment form, the student understands that any college can still require ACT or entrance exam before honoring diploma. PHSI will not refund any monies due to school or employment non-acceptance. No scholarships or hardships will be awarded without proper information and notarized documentation. See attachment below for transcript request form. Please print form and complete as instructed.
