Vendor Requirements

Any accommodations that need to be made should be requested with event coordinators prior to the show.

- Setup starts as early as 6PM.
- Setup ends at 7PM (No exceptions)

Corporate Business Vendor -$175 -- This registration is for corporations wanting to showcase a with 6ft Table w/ black linen. All tables must be brought by vendors. The venue has limited table available.

Food Trucks Vendors -- $300 - This ticket option is for Food Trucks with proper license and permits. Please reach out to us at submissions@allaccessartshow.com before registering as a vendor.

I understand that as a vendor for All Access, I am responsible for providing my own 6ft tables, chairs, tents, and any other necessary equipment to set up my space. All Access has a limited number of black linens that can be borrowed, but most be returned at the end of the event.*

The undersigned hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless individuals associated with the any All Access Art Show LLC event, its agents, representatives, and successors from any damage to undersigned's property or any personal injury that he/she or helpers may sustain while participating in any market put on by All Access Art Show LLC. I understand that there are no refunds or rain checks in the event that you are not able to attend. I will abide by all rules that the market puts into place and have all permits required. All Access Art Show LLC are not responsible for any penalties due to large of proper permits. This agreement is good for all future markets that you attend unless notified by the market manager. I agree I have all permits required to sell my product. Checking I agree and/or submitting this form is the equivalent to my signature. *Indemnity Agreement*
