The time that services will begin will be determined by us when the contract is received.

• Please arrive for your services on time if you are selecting in salon services.

• Please consider bringing your own skincare if you have allergies

(eg. moisturiser and a cleanser)

• Please arrive for your appointment with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed by us if hair is being done by us

• Wearing a button-down shirt is suggested

• Remember to bring your headpiece and/or veil

Please ONLY include information about wedding guests that will be receiving services with us.

We highly recommend a wedding trial to be scheduled at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to your wedding day.

When you come in for your practice, we recommend that you bring

• Your headpiece

• Pictures of makeup that you like

• A digital camera or moblie phone with camera capabilities

• A picture of your dress

• Someone who’s opinion you value

• Also if you can wear a white top 

Pre-Wedding Services

We have a full menu of Sunless Spray Tans, Brow and Lash Services, Teeth Whitening, Permanent Makeup, Fine Line Tattoos, Facials, and Body Treatment services to prepare you and your bridal party for your wedding day.

Gift Certificates

Allelu Beauty offers gift certificates for services in various dollar amounts. Our gift certificates are a very nice way to say thank you to the members of your bridal party.

Please be aware that this contract requires a credit card to reserve all of your appointments. The complete cost of all bridal party services will be figured upon the information you provide on this Contract. 

Prices are subject to change as you or your guests may change their styling needs.

Deposits for your wedding will be made to your credit card. The remainder will not be charged until services are performed. However, we do require 90 day advance notice cancellation policy. In the event that an appointment/wedding is canceled less than 60 days prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for ALL (100%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card will be charged. In the event that an appointment is canceled from 3 months (90 days or more) prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for half (50%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card will be charged. Payment for all services is due the day of services. Each guest may pay individually, or you may elect to have us charge your card for the whole party. However, in the event of a cancellation of a guest that is finalized in your total amount of attendees, you will be charged $50 for each person other than the bride. Please note below how you will be paying. All Credit Card information will be used for this event only.

We will send you a reciept and notification of your $200 deposit.

It is important that all appointment services and times be closely adhered to, as originally scheduled, so that we may provide the optimal service that you deserve on your special day!

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we must follow this policy out of respect for our stylist, muas and other clients.

Liability:

Allelu Beauty LLC., is acting as a non-exclusive independent contractor for the client. Each vendor is responsible for their own actions and enforcement of their contract. All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Allelu Beauty LLC., and all employees and agents from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. We pride ourselves in giving nothing but the best. 

By signing this contract, I understand that the deposit is non-refundable. I also acknowledge I am responsible for payment of the total number of people receiving makeup as I indicated above. I have read and understand the policies outlined above. Extra fees if applicable will be added to final bill. I will abide by this contract.
