Congratulations on your upcoming wedding, and thank you for choosing Allelu Beauty & Ink to help celebrate your special day!

You are ready to set up your styling and makeup appointments and we are ready to assist you! The purpose of this agreement is to confirm the services to be rendered for the wedding party along with the name(s) of those responsible for services provided by Allelu Beauty & INK. This agreement must be completed and returned before the services will be scheduled and the time will be reserved. All bookings are on a “first-come-first-served” basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and a deposit to secure them.

Travel: Inside Salem is $35. Outside Salem is $80.00 or $1.00 a mile which ever is highest to and from Allelu Beauty Studio depending on location.Parking Valet price if nearby parking cannot be found.Early Morning $100 and up depending on time (services starting at or before 6:00am)Holiday Fee $200 will be added to weddings booked on a holiday or a holiday weekend
Minimum Policy: If the location is more than 50 miles away from the start point of Allelu Beauty Studio, there is a minimum of one bride and 4 attendant receiving makeup services. In addition if farther than 2 hours or 90 miles from Allelu Studio we do require lodging covered for one night.*

Photo Policy: We would be honored to have your permission to take pictures (for the purpose of advertising) of you and your wedding party’s hair and/or makeup on your wedding day.*

Trial Schedule
We highly recommend a wedding trial to be scheduled at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to your wedding day.

The trial can be scheduled by emailing Allelu.Bridal@gmail.com or by phone 503-428-2844.

When you come in for your practice, we recommend that you bring

• Your headpiece

• Pictures of makeup that you like

• A digital camera or moblie phone with camera capabilities

• A picture of your dress

• Someone who’s opinion you value
- Also if you can wear a white top

Pre-Wedding Services

We have a full menu of Sunless Spray Tans, Brow and Lash Services, Teeth Whitening, Permanent Makeup, Fine Line Tattoos, Facials, and Body Treatment services to prepare you and your bridal party for your wedding day.
Gift Certificates

Allelu Beauty offers gift certificates for services in various dollar amounts. Our gift certificates are a very nice way to say thank you to the members of your bridal party.

Credit Card

Information in order to guarantee your appointment times, we require the following credit card information. Please understand that you are guaranteeing all of your parties’ appointments, not just your own.
Please be aware that this contract requires a credit card to reserve all of your appointments. The complete cost of all bridal party services will be figured upon the information you provide on this Contract.

Prices are subject to change as you or your guests may change their styling needs.
Deposits for your wedding will be made to your credit card. The remainder will not be charged until services are performed. However, we do require 90 day advance notice cancellation policy. In the event that an appointment/wedding is canceled less than 60 days prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for ALL (100%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card will be charged. In the event that an appointment is canceled from 3 months (90 days or more) prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for half (50%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card will be charged. Payment for all services is due the day of services. Each guest may pay individually, or you may elect to have us charge your card for the whole party. However, in the event of a cancellation of a guest that is finalized in your total amount of attendees, you will be charged $50 for each person other than the bride. Please note below how you will be paying. All Credit Card information will be used for this event only.

We require 90 day advance notice cancellation policy. In the event that an appointment/wedding is canceled less than 60 days prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for ALL (100%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card will be charged. In the event that an appointment is canceled from 3 months (90 days or more) prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for half (50%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card will be charged. Payment for all services is due the day of services. Each guest may pay individually, or you may elect to have us charge your card for the whole party. However, in the event of a cancellation of a guest that is finalized in your total amount of attendees, you will be charged $50 for each person other than the bride which would result in 100% of services.

It is important that all appointment services and times be closely adhered to, as originally scheduled, so that we may provide the optimal service that you deserve on your special day!

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we must follow this policy out of respect for our stylist, muas and other clients.

Your deposit will not be refunded. In the event of sickness, accident, act of God or other reasons beyond control, or Allelu Beauty Artists become unavailable due to illness, efforts will be made to assist you in making other arrangements and your deposit will be refunded.*

Liability:

Allelu Beauty LLC., is acting as a non-exclusive independent contractor for the client. Each vendor is responsible for their own actions and enforcement of their contract. All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Allelu Beauty LLC., and all employees and agents from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. We pride ourselves in giving nothing but the best.

By signing this contract, I understand that the deposit is non-refundable. I also acknowledge I am responsible for payment of the total number of people receiving makeup as I indicated above. I have read and understand the policies outlined above. Extra fees if applicable will be added to final bill. I will abide by this contract.
