Our deluxe rooms and junior suites are designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of two adults. We have a limited number of deluxe rooms that can accommodate a third guest, subject to an additional fee of PHP 3,700 per night.

Free Villa Nights (FVNs) are a benefit exclusively for the Member, their Spouse, qualified dependents (up to 25 years old), and accompanied direct ascendants and descendants. Guests can utilize a Member's FVNs if the Member, Spouse, or a qualified dependent accompanies them for the first two nights of their stay. Unaccompanied guests may use the FVNs on the third and subsequent nights.

Members without any remaining Free Villa Nights can reserve a maximum of three rooms or suites at the Member's rate. Any additional rooms will be subject to the guest rate.

To reserve a room, please submit a completed reservation form via email. Please note that your reservation can only be confirmed if the Member has no outstanding balance in their account.

Full payment is required within seven days of receiving the computation of charges to secure your reservation. Reservations that remain unpaid after this period will be released to other Members to ensure maximum availability.

Your booking is officially confirmed once we have received the full payment and the amount has been credited to Alphaland's account.

For last-minute bookings (reservations made one day before arrival), payment must be made via credit card only. We are unable to accept check payments for last-minute bookings due to bank processing timelines.

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours (2 days) of the check-in date to avoid forfeiting the cost of the first night's accommodation. For cancellations of an entire booking, room, or occupant made in advance, any unused payments may be applied to future bookings, food & beverage charges in Balesin Pines, or membership dues.
