Platinum package

2. This package includes the following:&#13;&#10;     a. A table-top exhibition stand. Stand selection will take place prior to the meeting. All Platinum Sponsors will be provided with the exhibition layout simultaneously and invited to submit their stand preferences. Stand allocation will be made on a first-come, first-served basis based on the Sponsor’s response time.&#13;&#10;     b. Three exhibitor badges.&#13;&#10;     c. Access to a 25-minute industry symposium session.&#13;&#10;     d. Three attendees at VASBI dinner occasion.&#13;&#10;     e. A digital advert included within the digital programme.&#13;&#10;     f. A 15-second digital advert included within the event digital display reel.&#13;&#10;     g. An item included in the delegate pack.&#13;&#10;     h. Company logo spooled in event reel at breaktimes, including sponsorship level provided.&#13;&#10;     i. Sponsorship level acknowledgement on applicable materials and communications.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;3. The Organiser agrees to supply the Sponsor with the following after the event:&#13;&#10;     a. An attendee list, including contact details where consent and applicable data protection regulations permit.&#13;&#10;     b. Meeting statistics.

Gold package

2. This package includes the following:&#13;&#10;     a. A table-top exhibition stand. Stand selection will take place prior to the meeting following completion of Platinum Sponsor stand allocations. All Gold Sponsors will be provided with the exhibition layout simultaneously and invited to submit their stand preferences. Stand allocation will be made on a first-come, first-served basis based on the Sponsor’s response time.&#13;&#10;     b. Two exhibitor badges.&#13;&#10;     c. Two attendees at VASBI dinner occasion.&#13;&#10;     d. A digital advert included within the digital programme.&#13;&#10;     e. A 12-second digital advert included within the event digital display reel.&#13;&#10;     f. An item included in the delegate pack.&#13;&#10;     g. Company logo spooled in event reel at breaktimes, including sponsorship level provided.&#13;&#10;     h. One attendee at VASBI dinner occasion.&#13;&#10;     d. A 10-second digital advert included within the event digital display reel.&#13;&#10;     e. An item included in the delegate pack.&#13;&#10;     f. Company logo spooled in event reel at breaktimes, including sponsorship level provided.&#13;&#10;     g. Bronze package

2. This package includes the following:&#13;&#10;     a. A table-top exhibition stand. Stand selection will take place on the day of the meeting. Bronze Sponsors may select from the remaining available stand locations on a first-come, first-served basis.&#13;&#10;     b. One exhibitor badge.&#13;&#10;     c. Company logo spooled in event reel at breaktimes, including sponsorship level provided.&#13;&#10;     d. Sponsorship level acknowledgement on applicable materials and communications.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;3. The Organiser agrees to supply the Sponsor with the following after the event:&#13;&#10;     a. An attendee list (names and organisation only).&#13;&#10;     b. Meeting statistics.
