Flying Fish Swim Club is a great introduction to swim team, and instills the love of swimming year round! If your child is interested in competitive swimming, this is the program for you!
The Flying Fish Swim Club workout is designed to mimic a swim team practice. Swimmers will work on improving strokes, learning/ improving starts, gaining endurance, and gaining speed. These practices increase stroke refinement by utilizing swimming drills.
Swimmers can sign up for 1-3 one-hour practices per week. Each session will run for four weeks. They will attend on the same day(s) each week. Weeks containing major holidays will be skipped and picked up the following week.
What better way to improve and/or maintain swimming skills for swim team performances!
Details of our "End of the Season Annual Swim Meet" will be posted and communicated at a later date. Be on the look out!!
Prerequisites:
Developmental
• Must be able to swim front crawl for 25 yards
• Swim back crawl for 25 yards
• Must be able to float on their back
• Must be able to submerge head
Age Group
• Must be able to swim front crawl for 50 yards
• Must be able to swim back crawl for 50 yards
• Must be able to float on their back
• Must be able to submerge head
Payment is due in advance, no later than the first practice of each month. Payments are non-refundable. Club fees cannot be pro-rated.
No make-up practices for missed practices.
Must have coaches approval to switch practice days.
