Photo Release:

Occasionally we take pictures of children in religious ed class/activities. Individual names will not be posted with pictures. These may be used at the parish or social media, such as bulletin, website, Twitter, Instagram or Facebook.

You will choose one of these options for each child. As the Gr K-7 options are FAMILY Catechesis and include 1 - 2 at-home lessons per month - it is expected that all children in the family in Gr K-7 will be registered.(Kindergarteners have another option: Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, which meets on Sundays during the 12PM Mass. Limited space.)

1. Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) is for children in Preschool or Kindergarten. Weekly in-person classes. Sunday 11:45AM - 1:15PM.
   
2. Family Catechesis (FamCat) is for children in Grades K - 7 (who are NOT preparing for First Communion this year). There are 3 day/time options: in English: Tuesday 5 - 6:30PM or Wednesday 6 - 7:30PM or in Spanish: Saturday 10 - 11:30AM.
3. Family Catechesis PLUS First Communion (FamCat PLUS) is for children preparing to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion. This group does BOTH Family Catechesis lessons - AND Sacrament Prep lessons. Typically celebrated in Grade 2 (or Level 2 for Spanish RE), with a one year Religious Education pre-requisite - up to Grade 6. Contact the Religious Ed Office with any questions. There is a $50 Sacrament Fee per child for this course. Day/Time options for in-person classes are the same as above.

Confirmation Prep. Year 1 is for Grade 8+ and Year 2 is for Grade 9+. Every student MUST complete BOTH years of preparation. Students will be grouped together by grade for classes, if possible. These classes will meet 1-2x a month in-person on Sunday, 11:15AM - 12:30PM.

4. Confirmation Year 1 (Conf Year 1) is for teens in at least Grade 8, beginning their two year preparation to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. There is a $50 Sacrament Fee per child for this course.
5. Confirmation Year 2 (Conf Year 2) is for teens in at least Grade 9, who will be Confirmed at the end of this 2nd year of preparation. There is a $50 Sacrament Fee per child for this course.

Tuition Schedule

• Family Materials Fee:  $30
• First Child:  $175
• plus $50 for each additional child registered
  

• Sacrament Fee:  $50 (per child registered for: FamCat PLUS, Conf Yr 1or2, Spanish Level 2)

All families begin with a $30 materials fee, add in $175 for first child and $50 for each additional child. Do you have children preparing for sacraments this year? If so, add in $50 per child in FamCat PLUS or Conf Year 1/2 or Spanish Level 2.

The TOTAL TUITION above is the amount you owe.

If you are a registered parishioner and your TOTAL TUITION is more than $380, you qualify for the tuition CAP and may use $380 as your TUITION TOTAL.

For Grades K - 9:  We really NEED Catechists to teach the in-person classes from Sep - Apr (8 -12 classes depending on the grade level)!

We need Assistant Catechists, Subs, and Building Monitors as well.
