Course Options for 2025-26

Please read through carefully before choosing for your children or skip to next page if you already know the details. There are MANY changes from last year's programming.
You will choose one of these options for each child. The Gr K-6 options are FAMILY Catechesis and include weekly in-person classes, once a month PARENT sessions, and 3 scheduled FAMILY NIGHTS. (Kindergarteners have another option: Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, which meets on Sundays during the 12PM Mass. Limited space.)
1. Grade K - 6 is for children in Grades K - 6 (who are NOT preparing for First Communion this year). There are 3 day/time options: in English: Tuesday 6 - 7:15PM or Wednesday 5 - 6:15PM or in Spanish: Saturday 10 - 11:30AM.
2. First Communion Prep is for children preparing to receive the Sacraments of First Holy Communion and Reconciliation. Typically celebrated in Grade 2 (or Level 2 for Spanish RE), with a one year Religious Ed pre-requisite - up to Grade 5. Contact the Religious Ed Office with any questions. There is a $50 Sacrament Fee per child for this course. Day/Time options for in-person classes are the same as above. There are 3 day/time options: in English: Tuesday 6 - 7:15PM or Wednesday 5 - 6:15PM or in Spanish: Saturday 10 - 11:30AM.
3. Confirmation Prep Year 1 (Conf Year 1) is for students in at least Grade 7 (up to Grade 9), beginning their two year preparation to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. There is a $50 Sacrament Fee per child for this course. Meets 1-2x a month in-person on Sunday, 11:15AM - 12:45PM.
4. Confirmation Year 2 (Conf Year 2) is for students in at least Grade 8 (up to Grade 10), (who has completed Year 1) and who will be Confirmed at the end of this 2nd year of preparation. There is a $50 Sacrament Fee per child for this course. Meets 1-2x a month in-person on Sunday, 11:15AM - 12:45PM.
