Dear Parent/Guardian,

We, at the Cub Scout Pack 444, will from time to time take photos of our Scouts during Pack related activities, events, awards, ceremonys and Pack/Den meetings. In this regard, we seek your consent to utilize photos that your child/children may be included in.

The photos will be used for Pack related purposes only, such as marketing or advertising of our Pack, for use on our website, social media updates posted via the facebook page or other platforms that the Pack may utilize, and/or other marketing related materials (such as school flyers and recruitment event materials).

Should you decided to take back your authorization at a later date, you may do so by writing to us.

For protection of privacy of the child/children, we guarantee that names will not be included with the photos and the primary purpose of any photo's used will be to share and showcase the awesome things our Pack is doing throughout the year.

I hereby grant & authorize Cub Scout Pack 444 to make use of photos involving my child or children;I do not allow the use of the photos taken involving my child/children and understand that my child may still appear in photos utilized with face blurred or covered in some fashion.
