MARSHALL MEDICAL HEALTHCARE HERO NOMINATION FORM 2025
The Foundation for Marshall Medical Centers is seeking nominations for Marshall Medical Healthcare Hero Awards. Nominees may be providers of healthcare (i.e. physicians, nurses, etc.), healthcare volunteers, or monetary contributors who are making a significant impact on the quality of healthcare in the Marshall County area. Through this award the Foundation seeks to salute excellence, raise awareness, enhance the quality of healthcare and, of course, recognize deserving individuals within the healthcare industry. Each nomination will be judged on its own merits. The recipient(s) of the award will be honored at the Ninth Annual Winter Ball benefiting the Marshall Cancer Care Center on January 18, 2025 hosted by the Marshall Women’s Guild. The deadline for nominations is DECEMBER 27, 2024.
