Mental Health Expo
The Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board Prevention Services invites YOU to the 3rd Annual Mental Health Expo on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the Brittingham-Midtown Community Center at 570 McLawhorne Drive Newport News, VA 23601. Centered on the theme "Activating Your Eight Dimensions of Wellness," this powerful event will connect you with real tools, supportive voices, and a vibrant community all committed to making mental health a priority. From mindfulness and self-care workshops to FREE food trucks and prizes, you’ll leave feeling empowered, inspired, and reminded that small steps lead to big change. The event is FREE and open to all children, youth, adults, and families. The event will be held at the Brittingham-Midtown Community Center in the Pavilion. Set-up will begin at 9:00 AM, and the event will close at 2:00 PM. A 6-foot table and two chairs will be provided for each organization that registers. We look forward to seeing you at the event.
