What is FUTURES FIRST?

FUTURES FIRST is a comprehensive work skills and personal development initiative designed to empower and equip youth and young adults ages 16-24 who are not in school and/or not working with the tools they need to navigate the crucial life decisions they face during the transition into adulthood. Our primary objective is to create an integrated space where young people can effectively make informed choices and take meaningful steps toward their educational and career goals.

We recognize the challenges that young individuals encounter in today's complex world, and our program is tailored to address those challenges head-on. One of our core principles is to provide youth with access to vital life skills that extend beyond traditional education.
