  • A. **Service Fees**


    1. The client shall submit a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% to the private chef upon booking to secure the catering date and time. This deposit serves as credit towards the service.
    2. The remaining balance is to be settled the day preceding the service. Full catering payments are strictly prohibited.

    **B. Costs & Travel Fees**

    1. Valet fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the client.


    2. Travel fees (covering flight, accommodation, transportation, and other incurred expenses outside the usual operational state or location) are applicable for services provided outside the state or usual operating location.


    3. Catering options encompass pick-up and paid delivery based on the specific area.

    4. Client is responsible for grocery cost and will pay for grocery cost atleast 3 days before event.

    **C. Rescheduling**


    1. In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances hindering the client's engagement with the private chef service, rescheduling is permissible with a minimum 24-hour notice.


    2. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in cancellation, leading to the forfeiture of the service fee. The private chef retains the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.


    **D. Payment**


    1. All subsequent payments post-deposit are required in full.


    2. Deposits are to be transacted via Zelle, Venmo or Apple Pay. Remaining balances are neither accepted nor permissible in cash or cash apps.

    3. Once interest form is submitted, I will reach out within 24 hours to confirm request!


    **E. Booking Requests**


    1. Punctuality is paramount when collecting catered orders. In case of client tardiness, it is imperative to notify the private chef promptly.


    2. The service mandates the private chef's presence 2-5 hours before the booking for preparation, dependent on the specific service.


    3. Private dining experiences necessitate bookings in locations providing a fully equipped kitchen and/or workspace (e.g., hotel rooms, AirBnBs, or event spaces), contingent on the service booked.


    4. The address must be supplied at least 2 days prior to the scheduled date. In exceptional cases of late submission, client approval from the private chef is required.


    5. The client is responsible for reviewing and confirming details, including the accurate address and other critical information, and must communicate such details to the private chef promptly.


    6. Clients must inform the chef of any allergens or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
