ArtReach Artist Creation Project Grant Application Form

Welcome to the Artist Creation Project Grant Application!
This grant is for:
- Emerging artists aged 16-29 from equity-deserving communities who live + practice in Toronto, demonstrate experience and the completion of works in the art form they’re applying for, and have not received funding from an arts council/ any substantial arts funding for their personal practice
- The creation of new artistic works in any discipline that cost up to $1,000 and will be completed within a 4-month period in early 2027
This grant is not for:
- Events, workshops, exhibition/ performance/ public release costs, professional development activities, promotion, music videos, duplication, business start-up costs, parts of larger/ longer/ more expensive projects, or research projects

- Before beginning your application, please be sure to read our Program Guidelines in full (find these on our website linked below)
- You are required to answer all questions on this form. Incomplete applications are ineligible for review
- We do not accept late submissions
- You're welcome to use bullet points, point form, and headers in your responses

SUPPORT MATERIAL
Work Samples
Support material is a required part of your grant application. Please upload 3-10 (three to ten) samples of your strongest work relevant to the project you're proposing. These samples should reflect your experience in the art form of your proposed project, and align with the scale and scope of what you’re applying to create.

Your samples may also include materials like sketches, drafts, treatments, mood boards, sources of inspiration, etc. to help us better understand the work you hope to create with this grant.
