Please note these important dates and deadlines when applying to be a food vendor at Artist Row 2019:
Show Date: September 15, 2019
Set-up: 8 a.m.
Sales: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Cleanup: 4 - 5 p.m.
Application Deadline: Friday, August 16, 2019
We are accepting applications for food vendors and food trucks. Please note that we have only 5 spaces for food trucks at this event. We will select food trucks based on variety and offerings. In order to be reviewed you must submit a completed application, paperwork, and payment. In the event that spaces are filled when we receive your application, paperwork, and payment, Artist Row will credit your account.
Failure to obey the rules and regulations listed here will result in immediate termination from the Artist Row event:
A. Space must be left clean and free of litter and debris at the end of the event.
B. All items are will be confined within your space boundary to prevent injuries and to facilitate foot traffic.
C. On the day of the event, spaces will be assigned as vendors arrive based on your electrical needs. YOU MAY NOT PARK UNTIL DIRECTED TO A DESIGNATED SPOT BY AN ARTIST ROW OFFICIAL. Vendors arriving after 9:30 am may not be placed with no refunds.
D. Sharing of spaces will not be permitted.
E. Vendors are prohibited from hawking, shouting, using music, etc., to attract customers.
F. We will email you a pdf of an Announcement for Artist Row. PLEASE POST IT ON YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE.
FAILURE TO OBEY THE ABOVE RULES AND REGULATIONS MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR PARTICIPATION.
MONROE COUNTY HEALTH CERTIFICATE
Prepared food vendors must provide a physical copy of their temporary Monroe County Health Certificate on site, the day of event.
VALID INSURANCE CERTIFICATE
Please have your insurance agent email a valid insurance certificate to email@example.com naming Friends of The Rochester Public Market and Artist Row at 280 North Union Street, Rochester, NY 14609 as additionally insured.
