Bridal Party. $60/person*.
Each member of bridal party is required to provide 50% non-refundable deposit at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to wedding. Balance due on day of wedding.
*Airbrush upgrade is an additional $20 per application.
General Information
- On the day of the event, all services will be performed following a schedule. I ask that you communicate the importance of being on time and properly prepared for each individual receiving services. Scheduling appointment times for each person is highly recommended.
- Please inform me ahead of time of any time restrictions, schedule changes, or other situations that would affect the timing of services.
- Last minute services requested on-site may be possible if time allows. All prepaid services will have first priority and we cannot guarantee any other services will be completed. Separate payments may be made for individual services, but must be received before the service is performed.
- Consider wearing clothing that is easy to remove without disturbing hair or makeup. Professional products and application techniques will be used to ensure longevity. However, if you have any concerns about your makeup lasting, please communicate this during your makeup session. I am not responsible for issues with makeup once I have left the venue.
- Communication via email and/or text is ideal to ensure a record of communication. If verbal adjustments have been made, a follow-up text or email will be sent to record changes.
Trial Appointments
- Trial appointment for the bride is included and will be done at Ashley Breaux Aesthetics. If scheduling your trial appointment around bridal portraits or events, please make sure you allow plenty of time for travel. Ashley Breaux is not responsible if trial appointments take longer than anticipated. Please be diligent about scheduling your trial appointment as availability is limited for weekend appointments.
Travel, Deposit, Fees & Other Information
- Deposit. An initial $100 deposit is required to hold your wedding date. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount due. Deposits are nonrefundable and is due at the time of booking wedding date. Deposit will be refunded by Ashley Breaux if services cannot be rendered due to unforeseen circumstances on my part.
- Payments. Your package total is due in full at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to event date. A minimum payment of $50 is required at each session of packages with multiple sessions. Services will not be rendered without payment in full on wedding day.
- Cancellations. Cancellations that happen within 72 hours of wedding date: all deposits are non-refundable. Any remaining balance of services will not be required by bride or bridal party.
- Touch-Ups and Stand-By. Touch-ups will be done after makeup application is completed on all who are receiving services before artist leaves. Returning to the venue for photos after the ceremony can be accommodated upon request. Touch-up/Stand-by fee is $50/hour.
- Travel fee. There is a $50/hour travel fee for outside Lafayette Parish. Travel requiring 4 hours or more must be arranged and agreed upon prior to booking.
Photography & Images
- Photos taken by Ashley Breaux will not be posted no sooner than the Monday following the wedding. If you prefer otherwise, please inform Ashley Breaux prior to wedding date.
- Client agrees to the use of images from Ashley Breaux for advertising on websites, social media, or printed ads for promotional services. If you do not agree, please inform Ashley Breaux prior to wedding date
