State Championships Event Bid

The Missouri State USBC is requesting bids for our State Championships for the 2027-2028 bowling season.  We are a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization.  We are offering this RFP with a price of $12.50 per 3-games, which is not subject to sales tax. 

Bowling centers who are interested in hosting one or all of our events should indicate so on this form.  The support of your local association is needed to host the events.  We will verify the intent of your local USBC Association once we receive your bid, but you should check with them before you send it.

Bids will be vetted by our Site Selection committee, and forwarded bids will be voted on by delegates at our Annual Meeting in Columbia on May 31.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT BIDS IS THURSDAY, APRIL 30, 2025

Requires a minimum of 30 lane beds.  This tournament is growing.  Last year in Salem we had 403 D&S on only 18 lanes. Squads are 8:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 6:30 PM on Saturdays, and 8:30 AM and 12:00 Noon on Sundays.  

Requires a minimum of 16 lane beds for Team Event, and 24 lane beds for Doubles & Singles.  Bidding centers should have a partner within 30-35 minutes.  Partner centers are NOT required to be in the same USBC Association. Squads are 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Saturdays, and 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Sundays.

Requires a minimum of 16 lane beds.  Squads are 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 5:00 PM on Saturdays, and 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Sundays.
