2027 Conference Presenter Request for Proposal
The Association for Early Learning Leaders invite dynamic and engaging presenters to share their expertise at the 43rd Annual National Conference, How Successful Directors Lead, taking place April 7-10, 2027, at the Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.

Our conference brings together passionate leaders, directors, owners, and administrators to learn, connect, and grow. We’re looking for presenters who can spark curiosity, challenge perspectives, and equip attendees with strategies they can put into action right away.

Please complete this form (one per submission per session topic) to be considered for a breakout session. Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated based on content quality, alignment with conference tracks, and presenter experience.

As part of our commitment to delivering dynamic and engaging content for our attendees, we strongly encourage presenters new to AELL to include a short video (2–5 minutes) of themselves delivering a presentation. This can be from a past event, a training session, or a custom-recorded clip. The goal is to give our selection committee a sense of your presentation style, clarity, and ability to engage an audience.

If you do not have an existing video, please submit a short self-recorded introduction (via phone or webcam is fine) responding to the following prompts:

- The Association will be offering a Teacher Training Track on Saturday, April 10, 2027, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. If you are interested in being considered as a presenter for a teacher-focused session, please email Aryam Andom at aryam@earlylearningleaders.org with your interest and a brief description of your proposed topic. Teacher session proposals are being accepted separately from the main conference Call for Presenters.
